Print Ads

  • Past experience has proven that the most effective publications are the Pocono Real Estate Magazines (Pocono, New York & New Jersey editions), Our local newspaper, The Pocono Record is where we advertise our land and do company promoting. Every one of our listings is advertised each month. Lead time is about 30 days.

Internet

  • Realtor.com results in many leads via email. We then need to get the buyers on the phone for the appointment.

Signs

  • This is the fastest and one of the most effective ways of advertising a particular property...if the community allows this.

Multiple Listing system

  • Accurate and detailed written remarks and attractive photos are an important tool in marketing your property to other agents and their buyers. Our Sellers always review the information we submit to add their suggestions.

Tell 20's

  • Postcards are mailed to notify neighbors your property is available for sale. Perhaps they have a relative or friend who wants to move to the neighborhood! This works most effective when signs are not permitted.

Advertise to Realtors

  • Our job is to advertise your property to other MLS agents so the word is spread to as large a field of buyers as possible. We call, email flyers, network at Board events and of course make your MLS sheet as attractive as possible for publication in the MLS book and the FLEX MLS computer system, so agents choose your house to show!
