  • Prior to making the offer, we will do a Current Market Analysis (CMA) to see what has previously sold within the past 6 months. That way we wil be able to assist you in making the offer, to assure that you are not "overpaying" for a home.
  • We will do an estimate of your closing costs prior to you signing an offer, so that you have the confidence to move forward with your offer, knowing that you have the funds to make it happen.
  • We do not charge agency fees to our Buyers as other real estate companys may do. We accept the fees being offered to Buyer's Agents by the Listing Agent.
  • We have a referral list of Lenders, Inspectors, Title Companies and Attorneys to refer to you. Our referrals work in an honest and ethical manner and offer our clients the best customer service by working on your behalf at all times. We have worked with these companies for years and have even recommended them to our own families.
  • We Educate and Counsel, YOU, the Buyer, so that you can make the right decisions for yourself. We are your advocate during the entire process!
