Pocono Health System (PHS) manages five healthcare subsidiaries to collectively provide services to residents and visitors of Monroe County and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The subsidiaries include:

* Pocono Medical Center,
* Pocono Healthcare Management,
* Pocono Ambulatory Services,
* Pocono Healthcare Partners, and
* Pocono Health Foundation.

In addition, PHS offers outpatient services and physician practices at the Mountain Healthcare Center on Route 611, just north of Mt. Pocono.
